1. Payment of the order
We charge a prepayment for each order. Its amount is calculated individually for each project. Depending on the nature of the institution, there is a chance to sign a contract with a post-delivery payment clause.
2. Delivery time
Each of our products has its own producing time. This is due to the technological complexity of its production and the availability of half-products that make up its entirety. With each quote, you will receive a real time of production and delivery of the order from us.
3. Made in Poland
The products we create are made in Poland. We value Polish production technology as well as the quality of handicrafts. We want to cultivate the decorative tradition and promote it outside our country.
4. Settlement
Depending on the nature of the project, we sign a prepared contract. We issue a VAT invoice.
5. Copyrights
Design orders for the needs of companies or institutions, performed by our team of graphic designers, are carried out with the transfer of copyrights.
6. Confidientality
We comply with the law on trade secrets, not disclosing confidential information regarding projects created for our clients.
